- How many sessions will my dog need?
- It depends on the issue and the dog. Quick fixes like leash pulling or jumping often resolve in a single session; behavior and reactivity work usually needs a multi-session package. We'll recommend a package after understanding your goals.
- Do you come to my house?
- Yes. Sessions are about 60 minutes and held at your home or an agreed location in New Braunfels or San Antonio.
- What if my dog is aggressive or reactive?
- Behavior and reactivity work is one of our core services. Let us know the specifics when you reach out so we can plan the right approach.
- What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
- Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.
- What vaccinations does my dog need?
- Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza.
- Can you use photos or videos of my dog for marketing?
- Only if you say yes. Media release is opt-in/opt-out per client, and we'll ask you directly as part of booking — we never assume consent.
- Can I text or call between sessions with quick questions?
- Quick check-in questions are always welcome. Anything that requires real instruction or troubleshooting is billable as additional session time, rather than open-ended free support.
