1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking services with Hermes Dog Training, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Services Provided
Hermes Dog Training provides in-person dog training services, including puppy foundations, obedience and manners, behavior and reactivity work, board & train (Camp Hermes), private sessions, and service dog training, to clients in New Braunfels and San Antonio, Texas.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and held at your home or an agreed location within our service area. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.
4. Camp Hermes / Board & Train Policies
Dogs enrolled in Camp Hermes (Board & Train) are crated for structure and safety, with daily walks, potty breaks, and structured training throughout their stay. Because a spot is reserved for your dog, there are no refunds; cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are non-refundable, and early pickup does not reduce the fee.
5. Vaccination Requirements
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccinations before any session or stay.
6. Media Release
We may ask to use photos or videos of your dog for marketing purposes. This is always your choice — we ask directly as part of booking, and we never assume consent.
7. Client Communication Policy
Quick check-in questions between sessions are always welcome at no charge. Anything that requires real instruction or troubleshooting is billable as additional session time.
8. Assumption of Risk
Working with dogs carries inherent risk, including the risk of bites, scratches, or property damage, even with reasonable precautions. By booking services with us, you acknowledge this risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
