What to Pack
- Food for the full stay, with written feeding instructions
- 1 food bowl + 1 water bowl
- Medications in original containers, with schedule if applicable
- Collar + ID tag
- Standard 4–6ft leash (no retractables)
- A crate
Optional: 2–3 toys, safe chews (no rawhide), a blanket or towel with a familiar scent.
Good to Know
Dogs are crated for structure and safety, with daily walks, potty breaks, and structured training throughout the stay. Hermes handles pickup and drop-off logistics. Because a spot is reserved for your dog, there are no refunds; cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are non-refundable, and early pickup does not reduce the fee.
